Termination of employment due to Medical Incapcity

Hi
Has anyone appealled when their job has been ended due to Medical Incapacity?
Do you have any suggestions, advise?
I am goin to appeall just not sure how to.

I always thought employers were meant to make reasonable adjustments if someone is working with ill health whether physical or mental.

I'm sorry to hear about this though, it doesn't help stress levels that's one thing that's certain!

I have appealed, so waiting for a hearing.
Spoke to CAB and got some legal advise.
Fingers crossed.
