There is so much to make us feel bad about this illness, I think we should start sharing our little successes with one another.

With the help of some good people on this forum, I have been able to start exercising in a healthy way (like my doctor encouraged from the beginning).

I have managed to increase my energy to the point I was able to do 2 simple (simple but important) repairs around the house. Not only was this a success for me, but it made my wife happy and helped her feel no so much like she was living with a sick person. (She is supportive, but all of our loved ones get a short fuse at times.)

Anyway, Yea for me! Does anyone else have something encouraging to celebrate? I think sharing makes us all feel better. Don't give up! Everyday you can fight back is a step towards wellness.

Well done No2, Glad you're improving

I've been doing pretty well recently, so well that I decided to go to T in the Park last weekend. It involved a hell of a lot of carrying (tent and stuff), even more walking and tonnes of dancing. We went up on the Friday afternoon and came back on the Sunday night but I managed it. I've been suffering from tonsillitis this week so I probably over it a bit at T but this time last year there's no way I'd have been able to even think about doing something like this!

Alright! That is what I mean. Let us celebrate our victories! Let's squeeze every last drop out of every day that we can!

    Thanks Andy!
