Just a quick note - seems to be a lot of spam lately, really need someone to be able to report this to and keep the forums clean..

What do you reckon PVF?

Edit: Oops, just noticed the other moderator thread!

Hey B - Yes we definately need a coupkle of people to assist.

I was going to add a warning for everyone to be REALLY careful clicking on Links in some of the posts - I added links the other day and it appeared as "Link" insteasd of what I was posting so no-one would have known if it was a Virus or not (I won't use the Hyperlink symbol on the posts again!)

I also think that you should have to be a member to Post like most other Forums that way things can be dealt with is required by the moderators.

Hi Les,

I know what you mean about the hyperlink thing - it is a bit backwards. But I can try and help - best thing to do is:

1. Paste your url in the post. e.g. https://www.google.com
2. Highlight the https://www.google.com and then click the hyperlink button. It should then look like: {url=https://www.google.com}link{/url} but with '[' brackets instead of '{'
3. Then overtype the 'link' part to the text that you'd like to be displayed. E.g. {url=https://www.google.com}this links to www.google.com{/url}

Example: this links to www.google.com

P.s. you need the https:// or it won't work.

B.

Hmm, at the moment there doesn't seem to be an easy way to do that - I suggest sending PVF a private message and seeing if he can get rid of it - http://www.postviralfatigue.me.uk/forum/viewprofile.aspx?UserID=1

I sympathise though, I really hate it when there's no option to remove information that you would prefer to be kept private!
