That's such a positive story so thank you for sharing. It's so good to know you've recovered and it gives me (and everyone else too) just that little bit more hope.

CBT methods can be useful and I have been using them for years. Though for different reasons. I'd love to know how I could make CBT work for my recovery, I know that CBT is used by psychologists for PVFS, but it's a mental/emotional thing, at least that's the only experience I have with using the many techniques.

    All the best,

    Dan

I am glad to hear that you are well! As for myself, I am at 100%. I have been feeling well since late May. I have been thinking that I may have a vit D deficiency b/c I have not been sick at all, all summer. I have even managed exercise and diet. I am a bit worried about fall, hoping that this feeling will last forever. I was sick Jan 2010 and on and off until may 2011. Hopefully that will be it, but I am not quite comfortable saying that I am cured until more time has passed. My husband and I are talking about a third child but I think I may not, just thinking that if I was as sick as I was during the winter, along with rather difficult pregnancies, it may not be too smart. I notice there is not as much activity on here as in the winter and I certainly hope that means everyone is doing better!!!
I certainly would love to hear how everyone is getting on!

hehe it's true, I tend to check in when I'm having a bad day and try to forget all about PVF when I'm doing better... I'm having a bad day today! <img src="images/smilies/smile.gif" border=0 />
