I have began to keep a diary of my recovery, including what works and what doesn't (for me at least). Hopefully it will eventually be a positive recovery story. Feedback is greatly welcomed.

Excellent start. I can relate to your story, right when you mentioned "elevated liver" enzymes I knew what your diagnosis was. The line between cfs, Me, and prolonged GF recovery is a blurry one. Glandular fever can take 6 months to clear up, After 6 months they generally call it PFVS. One thing is for sure, people don't know much about it. Your story is similar to mine, got run down, got sick, wouldn't go away, went to the doc, and low and behold GLANDULAR FEVER, with odd symptoms..Not the typical sore throat and fever, but intense nausea, dizziness, anxiety, fatigue..What was amazing about this illness was how intense the symptoms were and how freaking long they last. The worst 3 months of my life, every day in complete agony. It's amazing something can get you that sick and not kill you! Almost ruined my life it was so bad, now 2 years later still ups and downs, but much better, so i hope you get better too!!!!!!!!
