Some of you know I am a bit of a tree-hugging-hippy really... and I read this article yesterday and thought how very important it is for us all to get outdoors!

Ok most of us feel too crap most of the time, and England has **** weather, but as the weather improves I think its seriously very important for us to encourage a partner or friend to take us regularly to a park, field, beach, woods etc. Even if we just get a blanket and fall asleep!

It takes me back to last year when I had spent the whole year couped up in doors, then went on holiday to Portugal in Sept... I really thought the flight and heat would cause me to crash, but I felt better than in ages, not amazing, but better... and was able to walk around, swim in the sea etc. After a month of being bakc in the UK I felt a lot worse again. Now I realise why!

Also I often have the urge with CFS to lie flat on the floor instead of a bed or sofa, I wonder if I am needing to ground myself?!

I might go barefoot walking in the park today... with lots of coats on!

I am having a bit of a relapse after a good house move and settling in well. I had a busy week last week which seemed to be going well, then stuffed my face full of cakes at a party on sun night and felt so rough since! ARGH!! This illness requires sooo much constant balance!!!!
