Hello Simon, I've been a long-term user of Berocca. I can't honestly say for sure that it's done me any good, but as I've been using it for such a long time, I can't say that it hasn't either. Regardless, if it makes you 'feel' better and is not doing you any harm, then continue to use it.

I'm suffering pretty badly with PVFS at the moment, but am looking into any dietary changes that I might make to improve my situation. I guess the age-old maxims of fresh fruit and veg, keeping hydrated and eating less crappy stuff in general should help.

    Good luck!

    Paul

The very kind Russian pharmacist at my local branch of Lloyds Chemist actually recommended a liquid vitamin supplement supplied by Holland & Barrett healthfood stores. It's called 'Floradix Floravital'. It contains a wide range of different vitamins and iron, is gluten free and tastes pretty yucky. However, it seems to be having some kind of positive effect. I've been taking it since Saturday afternoon (12/11) and am definitely feeling a little better this week.
