Hi Everyone! My name is Sarah, I'm 32 and live in Arlington, Virginia (right outside Washington DC). I'm sorry if this has been posted before but I just wanted to ask if anyone has tried acupuncture? I go to a great acupuncture place here and I swear acupuncture has helped me so much after years of suffering. Although I'm still on the road to getting better, I have noticed such a difference from when I first started my treatment. My traditional GP could not diagnose me or find anything wrong on blood tests but my acupuncturist seemed to understand how to help my symptoms right away.

I just want to encourage everyone to think about giving acupuncture a try if you haven't done so already. Let me know if you have any questions about what it is like or my experience with it. If cost is a factor, search for "Community Acupuncture" within your area--you might find a place that offers affordable treatments to the community, or schools of tradtional Chinese medicine are also a great option for discounted treatments.
