    Guys,
It has been a long time since I posted. Mostly because I have found that as you feel better, you don't think about your post viral as much and hence, the support group is not as needed. I came back to write to you all about my success, so that if you are really suffering, you can see that you absolutely 100% can recover!!!!!!!
I'll tell you what I did, maybe it will work for you.

    1) didn't push myself
    2) accepted the situation I was in and hoped and prayed that it would get better
    3)again, prayed.
    4)took b-12, a multi-vitamin and an anti-depressant (I have been on these since I was 14)
    5) tried to just start with daily household functioning, then progressing to walking like 1/4 mile, then a 1/2 etc. Just really slowly slowly slowly. The moment I felt too tired or worn out, I just stopped.
    6) I would read at night about 2 hours before bed and layed on the floor to get rid of the inner tremble I felt especially at night. I avoided t.v.at the is time of night to really try and get my body to sleep.
    7) I didn't try to worry about the future because it was so uncertain, I focused on today.
    8) I prayed.

I hope this helps you. At this point I am able to run, and do all my normal activities. I consider myself at 100%. I have been at 100% since about April. No relapses. I do notice I get twinges of the trembling & night sweats/insomnia at my time of the month but it is very mild and very manageable. Eventually I am sure this will go away as well.

You do not have to be this way forever. Make sure you treat your depression/anxiety and take care of yourself and by all means pray.
I truly do wish you all a speedy recovery. IT WILL HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Gretchen
