Hi like most people i get good and bad days but i also get variations within the day for no apparent reason. so today i had a n episode of feeling lightheaded with a buzzy feeling all over then felt better twenty minutes later. Do others experience the same fluctuations also do you suffer from coated tongue/ the worse i feel the more coated my tongue is do others experience this?.

Yes I do, oddly my nausea is far better later in the day (thought I might be pregnant initially lol), In fact I feel at my most alert and comfortable at night. When I'm doing better my tongue goes back to normal, not doing so well at the moment so its coated, no idea why!

This is such a strange illness, I keep trying to understand it but fail, just need to keep trying to get by, role on recovery <img src="images/smilies/smile.gif" border=0 />

Interesting, i feel better later in the day too though not so good when i try to sleep. This sure is a strange illness i have been trying to figure it out for sixteen months and its still surprising me.

Yes definitely. I can go from feeling stable one minute to having symptoms the next. Its the nature of the illness and we don't realise sometimes how a little activity can afsfect us symptom wise. You have to factor in other things too like how you're feeling emotionally not just physically and things like stress can exacerbate symptoms too. Its funny you talk about a coated tongue as I often have this, but often have sore throats too and put it down to that. Recurrent sore throat and swollen glands is just another classic sympton of CFS/ME!
